Purpose: The role is also responsible for checking all PODs received, updating approved PODs on SAP. Providing back-up support to the SA Distribution team. Manage and assist with the customer credit process & basic
department reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ FMCG experience in an administrative position
• Excellent Computer Skills , Excel , SAP , Word

Skills Required:

• Ability to analyses problems, make correct judgments/decision
• Interpersonal and good written and verbal communication skills
• Good administration skills

Job Summary:

• Coordinate and review depot stock counts, investigate variances, and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the write-off process by ensuring compliance with business requirements and submitting reports for Supply Chain Manager approval.
• Capture all required information accurately on SAP for final sign-off.
• Verify Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to ensure they are stamped, signed, and compliant with requirements; resolve discrepancies and upload final PODs to the global network.
• Import shelf-life data to identify at-risk stock, block expired stock, and take preventative action to minimize write-offs.
• Investigate reasons for credit notes, compile reports, and engage with stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
• Provide back-up support for SA Distribution functions when required.
• No outstanding customer complaints
• Process courier deliveries using the most cost effective service type
