Free delivery is not applicable to Ambassadors, Members, Wine Club Members or Staff

Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee the quality of the products we produce, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the KWV Shop at sales@kwv.co.za

You may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (eg you received an incorrect or defective product), or you received damaged goods.

Please note: wine is a perishable. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. KWV is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (five to ten working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (three to five working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (five to ten working days). But in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.

Where you have paid by credit card, we will process any refund to the credit card used for the purchase. In any other case, we will refund you by electronic funds transfer. 

Your Submissions or Communications

Any communication or material you transmit to the Web Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any data, questions or answers, comments, suggestions, or the like, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary by KWV. By posting communications to the Web Site, you automatically grant KWV a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display such communication(s) alone, or as a part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known of hereafter developed and to sublicense such rights to anyone. KWV analyses aggregate and non-personally identifiable data relating to usage of this site. A geographical analysis of visitors and browsers to this site is made known to KWV.
